Alam nashrah laka sadrak
Have We not expanded for you, [O Muhammad], your chest?

Wa wada’na ‘anka wizrak
And We removed from you your burden

Alladhee anqada zahrak
Which had weighed upon your back

Wa rafa’na laka dhikrak
And raised high for you your repute

Fa inna ma’al ‘usri yusra
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease

Inna ma’al ‘usri yusra
Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease

Fa idhaa faraghta fansab
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]

Wa ilaa rabbika farghab
And to your Lord direct [your] longing
